Personalization of Digital Communications Based on Data Analysis
Abstract
This article explores the theoretical and practical aspects of personalizing digital communications based on an analysis of data policy in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. It considers modern approaches to collecting, processing, and adjusting user behavior data, enabling the development of personalized communications strategies that improve the effectiveness of interactions between organizations and users. Particular attention is paid to the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and predictive analytics for segmentation, trend forecasting, and automation of marketing communications. The article analyzes the benefits of personalized events, increased transparency, conversion, customer loyalty, and the effectiveness of marketing resources, as well as the key risks associated with the security of financial data, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. It concludes that the integration of intelligent data analysis methods into digital communications is becoming a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of organizations and building long-term relationships with consumers in the digital environment. The results obtained can be used in developing digital marketing strategies and improving customer communications management systems. Scientific Novelty. The research's novelty lies in its systematization of modern approaches to personalizing digital communications based on comprehensive data analysis, taking into account the capabilities of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data technologies. An integrated approach to using behavioral, transactional, and contextual data is proposed to improve the effectiveness of digital communications, ensure more accurate segmentation, predict consumer preferences, and automate personalized interactions. The impact of intelligent data processing on increasing transparency, conversion, and customer loyalty while simultaneously meeting information security and personal data protection requirements is substantiated. Purpose of the Study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical and practical aspects of personalizing digital communications based on data chain analysis, as well as to assess the potential of using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data technologies to improve the effectiveness of consumer interactions, optimize marketing communications, and increase customer loyalty in the digital economy.
