Abstract

For the first time, Article 54 of our Constitution establishes that ensuring human rights and freedoms is the supreme goal of the state. In this direction, our country is actively harmonizing its national legal framework with universally recognized norms of international law. Ensuring human rights and serving humanity as a whole constitutes the core mission of the United Nations and its bodies.
