This article examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of the principles of legal ensuring of the rational use of natural resources. The study analyzes the essence, classification, and role of these principles within environmental law, emphasizing their importance in achieving sustainable development and ecological balance. Special attention is given to the interaction between legal norms and ecological requirements in regulating natural resource use.
